1. Deliveries
Memospeed provides its customers two ways to receive the products purchased in store online.
The client may choose to raise his order in our shop or send this order by a distributor or CTT.
If you choose delivery by the distributor or CTT, it will add to the price of postage.
2. Cancellation or refund
You can cancel your order if it is pending, meaning that it was not packed and / or it has not yet been sent.
If you have received your order and this presents a problem or if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return within 14 days from receipt of order.

This right of return can not be accepted for products in their original condition, complete and in good condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the client will not be accepted.
3. Exchange of products
We make the exchange of products in the above conditions. If for some reason, we can not exchange a product, the value of it will be refunded. If you want to exchange one product for another, the cost of shipping and return is supported by the client.
4. Methods of refund
Memospeed will refund to customers as soon as possible, with safeguards however, at a maximum of 15 days from the back of the goods to our shop.
• Payment by Paypal, the refund shall be credited to your Paypal account and will be immediately available.
• If the payment is made by refund against or bank transfer, will be asked your bank details (SWIFT and NIB) and the refund will be made by bank transfer.
5. Return of shipping costs
Refund the shipping cost whose return is the responsibility of Memospeed. Example: products with defects or exchanged.
Advised not refund the shipping costs in an order for multiple products and only one have a problem.
When the return of the order is the responsibility of the customer, value is deducted from the refund the shipping costs.
